We offer this training in a group setting for those who like group dynamics and who are driven to new heights by being surrounded by a group of motivated training partners. The exercises are things you probably have never tried, the coaches are exciting and get everyone moving, and the results come in just a few weeks.

What is the personal coaching program and who should take part?
Personal coaching, or working one-on-one with your own trainer, is for anyone who struggles with any type of motivation when it comes to sticking with a fitness program. How it works is simple. Book a coach and he or she will be waiting for you when you arrive. Your coach will then take you through every step of the workout, providing guidance as you need it, as well as some motivation, to get the most out of the workout for that day. Having a coach will give you the maximum workout with the least amount of thinking or hassle.

Semi-private training is for you if you have specific goals and schedules. You set the time with your friend or family member and get the share the benefits of personal training.

The following is a typical format of the program although it will be modified based on your team and individual players goals:
General Warmup - jog or spin class
Dynamic warm up - jumping jacks, seal jacks, walking lunges...
SAQ - ladders, line drills, tag, reaction ball games
Strength - body weight and barbell work
Core - med balls and bodyweight
Team Building - execises and tasks designed to build your players comraderie and teamwork
Flexibility - loose muscles are quick muscles
Good Word to send your athletes off on a positive and encouraging note.
Interval and functional training in large group setting (7-15 members). Members will need prior knowledge of functional tools and know how to use them with proper form. Experience full body cardio and strength interval training with the motivation of your group coach. Options to meet 1-2 times per week. FGT held primarily in the Group Training Area. WHAT DOES THE DMS DO?
